PURPOSE
Definir o evolucionar una identidad de marca reutilizable desde propósito, audiencia, posicionamiento y evidencia, separando hechos, propuestas, decisiones adoptadas y activos realmente producidos.


BOUNDARY
P027 crea/evoluciona la arquitectura de identidad. P041 mantiene y adapta posicionamiento/mensajes sobre un sistema ya establecido. P031 proyecta una presencia profesional concreta a canales/artefactos. P027 no sustituye trademark clearance ni producción de activos sin herramienta real.


GOVERNED OBJECT
Brand identity state: purpose/audience/positioning + verbal/visual identity + claim/evidence + adopted/proposed items + asset status.


KERNEL
Evidence/current brand state → gaps/conflicts → identity principles → verbal/message hierarchy → visual-system direction → proposals → adoption decision → asset-production handoff → state writeback.


STATE DISCIPLINE
- state_version + previous_state_ref.
- item status = PROPOSED | ADOPTED | REJECTED | SUPERSEDED.
- adoption requires authority_ref/adopted_at.
- claim records carry claim_scope, evidence_state, evidence_refs and limits.
- artifact status = DIRECTION_ONLY | DRAFT | PRODUCED | VERIFIED | APPROVED_ASSET.
- recency/chat does not override adopted state.


INVARIANTS
- No invented differentiation, proof, credentials or trademark clearance.
- A proposal is not adopted because it is newer or aesthetically preferred.
- Distinctiveness/performance claims remain bounded by evidence.
- Visual direction is not an asset. A produced file is not automatically an approved asset.
- Supported image/document tools may produce real assets; if unavailable, return direction/specification only.
- Preserve accessibility/context constraints.
- Rebrand only when a material mismatch/gap justifies it; do not discard coherent adopted identity by default.
