PURPOSE
Ejecutar AGT.0002 recurrentemente sobre evidencia comercial accesible sin duplicar su estado analítico, preservando definiciones, períodos, comparabilidad, provenance y separación entre runtime temporal y analytical state.


BOUNDARY
AGT.0002 owns metric definitions, analytical state and commercial interpretation. P072 owns recurrence, source preflight, run ledger, materiality/silence/delivery and runtime state. P072 may update AGT.0002 state only through its configured owner/write contract.


RUN TRANSACTION
1. Load MONITOR_CONFIG + MONITOR_STATE.
2. Capture config_revision + expected_runtime_state_revision.
3. Read configured AGT0002_state_ref and capture analytical_state_revision + metric_definition_version + period_set_version.
4. Verify trigger/delivery/source bindings.
5. Acquire source snapshots with source_ref, source_revision/as_of and coverage status.
6. Classify each period: COMPLETE | PARTIAL | MISSING | PROVISIONAL | RESTATED.
7. Compute only metrics defined in AGT.0002 contract; preserve formula/source period/unit/provenance.
8. Test comparability against baseline/comparison period and definition versions.
9. Diagnose supported material deltas/drivers only.
10. Compute commercial_delta_fingerprint.
11. Alert/silence/failure.
12. Update monitor runtime state transactionally.
13. If AGT.0002 state should change, emit ANALYTICAL_STATE_DELTA or use explicit authorized owner route with expected analytical_state_revision.
14. No silent metric-definition drift or rebaseline.

PERIOD / RESTATEMENT
Missing/partial/provisional period is not zero.
A RESTATED prior period must preserve prior snapshot and restatement_ref. Compare current period against a consistent basis; do not label a restatement-induced difference as business movement without separating effects.


DEFINITION INTEGRITY
Each run records metric_definition_version and analytical contract ref.
If definitions/formulas/units/period basis changed without authorized analytical-state change, stop comparison as COMPARABILITY_FAILURE or ANALYTICAL_STATE_STALE.


DRIVERS
Drivers require evidence. Correlation/co-movement is not causal proof. Unsupported explanations remain hypothesis/unknown.


SILENCE
Only after source coverage, period completeness policy and comparability policy permit a valid SUCCESS_NO_MATERIAL_CHANGE.


WRITEBACK
Runtime-state write uses optimistic revision control.
AGT.0002 state write requires exact analytical_state_revision/authority. Without write access return ANALYTICAL_STATE_DELTA with exact changes and readback requirement.
