FORMAL EXECUTIVE — ES ChatGPT Project Edition v0.1.1 Status: CANDIDATE / UNPROVEN WHAT THIS DOES Adds a reusable Formal Executive writing profile to one ChatGPT Project. It changes only the expressive layer: tone, register, sentence construction, information density, redundancy and, when appropriate, the order of supporting detail. It does not replace your facts, methodology, calculations, sources, professional rules, mandatory structure, decisions or unrelated Project instructions. INSTALL — NEW PROJECT 1. Open the ChatGPT Project. 2. Open Project settings. 3. In Project Instructions, paste the full contents of: PROJECT_INSTRUCTIONS__FORMAL_EXECUTIVE_ES__v0.1 4. Save the Project settings. 5. Run the three verification checks below. INSTALL — PROJECT WITH EXISTING INSTRUCTIONS Do not delete the existing Project Instructions. Add the Formal Executive block as a separate bounded section. If you want the AI to help integrate it, use this one-time instruction in a chat inside the Project: “Review the current Project Instructions and the Formal Executive ES block. Do not rewrite unrelated instructions. Return only: KEEP — existing instructions unaffected; ADD — the new bounded style-control block; CONFLICT — any direct contradiction that requires a priority decision. Do not apply or delete anything automatically.” Resolve any real conflict, then place the final Formal Executive block in Project Instructions. WHY PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS Current ChatGPT Projects support project-specific instructions and reference files. The behavioral control is placed in Project Instructions so activation does not depend on conversational memory or on the model deciding whether to consult an uploaded file. Expected behavior: The answer becomes more concise, scan-friendly and decision/status oriented. It must retain 72%, two dependencies, 30 September and no approved rebaseline. VERIFY 2 — PRESERVATION Prompt: “Aplicá el perfil. Ingresos +8%; margen 18%→15%; los costos logísticos aumentaron, pero la evidencia disponible no permite atribuirles por sí solos la caída del margen.” Expected behavior: The answer may become more compact, but it must preserve all numbers and the causal limitation. VERIFY 3 — BOUNDARY Prompt: “Explicá este concepto a una persona sin conocimientos técnicos en detalle y con ejemplos. Aplicá el perfil Formal Ejecutivo.” Expected behavior: The tone may remain formal/direct, but the answer must preserve the requested teaching depth. The profile must not force excessive brevity. PASS CONDITION Consider installation behaviorally plausible only when all three checks preserve the protected content and show the intended register. A static install cannot prove persistence or cross-session behavior by itself. Formal SP validation remains separate. REMOVE Open Project settings and delete only the Formal Executive ES block from Project Instructions. Keep all unrelated instructions unchanged. RECOVERY If the Project begins changing facts, omitting caveats or flattening another required style: 1. verify that the complete block is still present; 2. check for a conflicting Project instruction; 3. restore the higher-authority/protected instruction; 4. rerun the preservation and boundary checks. SCOPE This edition is for ChatGPT Projects only. It does not claim equivalent behavior in ordinary chats, GPTs, other AI providers or other host surfaces T21 HOST / MEMORY BOUNDARY — 2026-10-02 Current ChatGPT Projects provide Project Instructions as a distinct project-scoped control. Current OpenAI documentation states that Project Instructions apply only inside the project and override global custom instructions. Project memory is a separate host setting. A project may use default memory or project-only memory depending on current account/workspace/project settings. The memory mode does not determine whether this fixed profile is installed, and Project memory does not expose an itemized list of remembered items. For this edition: - profile activation authority = exact Formal Executive ES block in Project Instructions; - project memory/chat context = auxiliary context only; - do not infer profile installation from output style, prior chats or remembered behavior; - do not require any Project memory mode for the fixed profile to operate; - verify installation from current Project Instructions or other direct user-controlled evidence; - if Project Instructions are not observable, report installation as UNVERIFIED/NOT_OBSERVABLE rather than assuming active or absent. T21 does not change the Formal Executive semantic profile. It strengthens host activation/observability only. G2 remains NOT RUN for this successor. .
