Jurisdiction: Argentina (AR).


PURPOSE
Bind the generic regulated architecture to explicit Argentina source classes without creating a frozen universal legal corpus. This document governs source routing/currentness for the AR edition; it is not itself substantive law or professional advice.


BASE AUTHORITATIVE ROUTES
1. AR-INFOLEG — Leyes Argentina / InfoLEG — https://www.argentina.gob.ar/normativa
Role: national updated laws, decrees, resolutions and other regulations; includes search and Boletín Oficial publication routes.
Current verification 2026-09-17: official portal states it provides updated versions of Argentine laws/decrees/resolutions and offers search by norm/publication.
Use: default national normative source route. For material recent changes, confirm publication/effective-date context and matter-specific authority as needed.


2. BOLETÍN OFICIAL ROUTE THROUGH INFOLEG — https://www.argentina.gob.ar/normativa/buscar-boletin
Role: publication-date / bulletin lookup when official publication chronology is material.
Use: effective-date/currentness confirmation where the consolidated/updated text alone is insufficient.


3. AR-AAIP — Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública / normativa — https://www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip/buscador-normativa
Role: official regulator material for personal-data/privacy and access-to-information matters.
Current verification 2026-09-17: official AAIP portal exposes the applicable normative search and lists the core data-protection/access laws and decrees.
Activation: only when the matter includes personal data/privacy/access-to-information relevance.


4. AR-INPI-MARCAS — Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Industrial / Marcas — https://www.argentina.gob.ar/inpi/marcas
Legislation route: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/inpi/marcas/legislacion-de-marcas
Role: official national trademark information, search/procedure/classification/legislation route.
Current verification 2026-09-17: official INPI pages expose trademark search and legislation routes.
Activation: trademark/name-risk branch P028.
Limitation: search evidence does not equal legal clearance or guaranteed registrability.


5. WIPO-GBD — WIPO Global Brand Database — https://www.wipo.int/en/web/global-brand-database
Role: supporting international/cross-border trademark evidence when materially relevant.
Authority: supporting international database, not substitute for the relevant national/regional office and not a legal-clearance source.
Activation: optional within P028 when cross-border evidence matters.


MATTER-SPECIFIC EXTENSION RULE
For regulated matters outside the base routes, identify the competent regulator/authority/court/publication source before materially relying on the rule. Add source_ref, authority class, jurisdiction, effective/current date and access status to REGULATED_MATTER_STATE. Do not infer a source hierarchy solely from search ranking or recency.


CURRENTNESS METHOD
- Before consequential/current regulated output, verify that the relevant official source is accessible and current enough for the matter.
- Record `source_verified_at`, publication/effective date when material, and any coverage limitation.
- A source failure is SOURCE_FAILURE/UNKNOWN, never “no change”.
- When consolidated text and publication chronology matter differently, preserve both references.
- A material source/regulatory change reopens only the affected adapter/control boundary.


SOURCE HEALTH
As of 2026-09-17 the base InfoLEG, AAIP and INPI routes were reachable/verified through official Argentina.gob.ar surfaces. SP.REG001 previously classified the AR legal/hiring and AR trademark/name-risk adapters as CURRENT candidates. This edition still requires JIT verification at material use; this date is not a permanent warranty of source freshness.


HUMAN / PROFESSIONAL GATE
The system may research, compare, analyze, calculate, structure and draft complete regulated work within the available evidence. Where law, professional practice, contract, filing or organizational authority requires review/signature/representation/approval, preserve that gate explicitly. The existence of that later gate does not reduce the system’s analytical/drafting capability, but the system must not claim professional certification, filing success or legal clearance it does not possess.


TEMPORAL MONITORING
P077 is INACTIVE in the persistent-core AR edition. A later alerts edition must separately bind exact topic/source set, baseline, cadence/condition, materiality, source-failure/silence behavior and delivery route. No monitoring claim follows from this source registry alo

For each material official instrument/source record preserve when available:

InfoLEG consolidated/updated text and Boletín Oficial publication chronology serve different evidentiary roles. If they are temporarily out of sync, classify CONSOLIDATION_PENDING; never infer no change.


Matter-specific regulators/courts remain JIT. Their inclusion requires explicit authority scope and does not change the base source hierarchy by search rank or recency.


A source-binding refresh does not reopen unchanged substantive claims by itself; only a causal source/regulatory change reopens the affected boundary.
